The Calvados Out of age 15 years old - AOC du domfrontais - is a brandy with a minimum of 15 years of barrel.
Its subtle and accomplished aromas are associated with its length in the mouth.

This AOC calvados is a subtle blend of apples and pears from the Domfront region distilled in one pass. While remaining a true Calvados, it is an exception both by its composition and its very particular aromas.

Our calvados is obtained after a single distillation of cider made in the purest respect of traditional methods with a column still.

Calvados is then aged in oak barrels whose tannins give it its amber color.

After more than 15 years of aging this calvados reveals all the subtleties of the aromas of the fruit associated with a length in the mouth which constitute the hallmark of this high-end calvados.
